All prices from Sofia’s Car Rentals include CDW (Collision Damage Waiver).

At Delivery point :
Please check for damages on the car , and have then written down on your contract. Ask where the spare tire is located in the vehicle.
Know exactly where to return the car. Check what type of fuel the car is using. Ask Sofia’s agent what you must do in case of accident/damage. At our destination it is necessary to make a police report in case of a accident.

STAY CALM AS possible and try not to panic. If someone is injured, help them first and if needed call the local hospital for a ambulance (0030 – 22450 22225). Call the Sofia’s car rental and call also the police and make a report of the accident/damage. Try to obtain as much information you can about the other vehicle-driver involved, such as name, registration number etc.
